Marzipan Millipede
Otherwise known as the Yellow-spotted Millipede, they are recycling champions, helping break down leaf litter and decaying wood, turning forest floor mess into rich soil. When threatened, the yellow-spotted millipede oozes a toxic chemical called hydrogen cyanide—yep, the same stuff used in spy movies. It smells like marzipan (if you're brave enough to sniff it)! Despite its name, it doesn’t have a million legs but rather most have 30 pairs that move together in a mesmerizing wave.
